What You'll Do: Lead with Impact: Oversee the day-to-day branch operations and team schedules. Empower your team to exceed performance goals and deliver outstanding service. Deliver Excellence: Provide superior service and resolve customer issues, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations on every transaction. Drive Sales & Service: Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. Coach & Develop: Help nurture the growth of your team through ongoing coaching and training, ensuring they succeed and grow in their roles. Supercharge Branch Efficiency: Look for ways to boost productivity and streamline branch operations-be the driving force for change. Manage & Motivate: Support the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) and Branch Manager (Br Mgr.) in recruiting, evaluating, and motivating staff. What We're Looking For: Branch Supervisor I: At least 3 years of customer service and sales experience (2 years in a financial institution preferred). One year of supervisory experience is a plus. Branch Supervisor II: A minimum of 4 years in customer service and sales (2 years in a financial institution preferred), and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (related education/experience may substitute). Licensing: State of Alaska Life Insurance License preferred and, depending on duties, National Mortgage Loan Licensing Registry. Skills & Abilities: Advanced customer service skills, consultative sales abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
