IT Director, Restaurant Technology

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT for all Dine Brands owned restaurants.
• Provide strategic planning as a member of the senior leadership team for the Dine Brands owned restaurants
• Point of escalation for IT related issues for the business.
• Proactively plan and implement IT upgrades and migrations to new technology
• Test IT innovations in corporate owned stores
• Ensure IT compliance and enforce cybersecurity standards
• Manage IT forecast and budget for Dine Brands owned restaurants
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure software/ hardware currency
• Oversee network administration and capacity planning
• Develop and implement IT policies and systems to support the company's goals.
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff.

• Proven experience as an IT Director or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with network administration and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
