DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a strategic, operationally focused and results-driven Leader. This position will be based in Sierra Terrific (San Francisco, CA or San Jose, CA region). As the Senior Director, DKC / IKC Operations, you are responsible for a portfolio of a region of outpatient dialysis clinics, ~200 teammates with 10-12 direct reports, IKC and a P&L. You will report to a Division Vice President and collaborate with other region and division leaders including a finance manager, people service manager, medical directors to drive your business forward. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of top performance and desire to help improve our overall healthcare system. Candidate must be located in San Francisco, CA or San Jose, CA. The role is a hybrid role - travel in the market is determined by market needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete accountability for P&L; Manage financial and revenue growth, labor management, contract management and capital expenses Drive operational, financial, team and clinical performance of business through KPIs / metrics. Work directly with your managers to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards regional goals and standards Address top growth priorities, provide due diligence and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitionsand strategic growth. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that maximize the division's clinical care and growth potential. Interface with business leaders from a broad range of functional teams, including Finance, People Services, Strategy, Quality, and others in support of strategy and operational execution. Organize DaVita IKC ESKD local team efforts and collaboration across the Sierra Terrific Division. Lead FA Sr. Manager team who leads IKC ESKD RNs and CCs across Sierra Terrific. Prepare and participate in monthly operating reviews with Sierra Terrific and IKC Leadership. Collaborate across DKC and IKC teams to perform analyses and synthesize results. Build working relationship with Nightingale Clinical Care, the entity that employs our NP partners. Support internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver key messages. Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions. Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership. Work across operational and innovation teams to advance best in class capabilities in the market. Prior experience as Director of Strategy, General Management, Operations, or similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives or prior experience within healthcare or operations leadership.

Required qualifications:
7+ years' experience as a leader in operations with at least 2+ years of multisite experience. Healthcare industry background a plus. Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree strongly preferred Strong leadership acumen; successful team management and development. Prior P&L management experience. Demonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise. Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments. Demonstrated strong analytical, quantitative and logical thinking skills. Advance computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPointrequired. Availability for regional and some national travel; up to 40%. Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.
