Executive Assistant responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support by managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence while handling confidential information with discretion. Assist in meeting preparations by taking notes, tracking action items, and organizing materials. Oversee office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate special projects and events.
