Job Description Summary: The Tailored Systems Business Area within Electronics Program Office directorate delivers first-of-a-kind field-ready technical solutions in support of National Security missions. The Draper team is chartered with supporting the Nation's most challenging problems by 1) providing an iterative and agile approach to innovative and creative technical solutions within compressed timelines and 2) driving leading edge technology development efforts to support future mission needs. This role will support a large multi-functional team as part of a long-standing contract with history of immense success in the technical domain of microelectronics.We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) who excels in fast-paced, dynamic work environments to deliver advanced technical solutions for USG customers. This experienced Program Manager (PM) will be expected to drive project execution, innovation, and provide oversight that ensures Sponsor satisfaction, and on-time completion of contractual deliverables. The PM will also manage, strengthen, and grow customer relationships in addition to supporting capture activities to include leading proposal efforts. Description of Responsibilities *Lead project execution to include overseeing a team of diverse skillsets, driving requirements, on-time delivery, and budget management *Evaluation of technical and business risks and identification/development of sound risk mitigation strategies *Resource management, maintain staffing plan and coordinate with engineering to fulfill needs *Close and continuing communications and interactions direct with USG customer(s) *Lead business development efforts, to include proposals, white papers, RFIs complete with work statements, schedules, budgets, and technical content *Work closely with technical team to ensure deep understanding of technical progress, assessment of issues/risks to better enable clear communication to Customer *Participate in team meetings, generate action items and follow up with team members *Produce comprehensive and clear work products (spreadsheets, graphs and PowerPoint presentations) for meetings and management reports. *Use technical background to identify and qualify Draper's capabilities for multi-use, cross-applicability *Coordinate with enabling functions teams (Contracts, Security, Configuration Management, Billing and Invoicing) Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Additional Job Description: Preferred Qualifications:
