This will design, implement, and support enterprise-level solutions that integrate digital experiences, mobile applications, commercial off-the-shelf systems, SaaS, and custom developed applications to support business growth while maintaining compliance.

  • Works autonomously given general direction, via solution or project goals
  • Responsible for digital experience architecture direction and implementation, including web and mobile front-ends.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders, end-uses, consultants, and other team members to understand, analyze, and document the requirements and specifications for enterprise solutions that align with the vision, budget, and timeline
  • Designs, implements, and tests enterprise-level digital experience solutions that meet the business needs and align with the IT strategy and roadmap
  • Leverages best practices and digital experience industry standards to architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, SQL, and other technologies
  • Prepares software development documentation including designs, technical requirements, test scripts, test results, data migration plans, implementation plans and procedures
  • Works with end users to validate requirements; captures relevant data and reporting requirements
  • Integrates enterprise solutions with various internal and external systems, platforms, and data sources using APIs, web services, Azure Service Bus, and other methods, and conducts digital architecture reviews, assessments, and audits to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitates digital knowledge transfer, training, and documentation for the end users and the internal team
  • Optimizes the performance, availability, and usability of enterprise solutions by applying monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging techniques
  • Provides technical leadership and across teams
  • Supports the maintenance and enhancement of existing enterprise solutions, resolves issues, and implements change requests
  • Works with project managers, scrum masters, and other team members to plan, execute, and deliver enterprise solutions on time and within budget
  • Follows Prolacta's structured SDLC and validation processes, ensures compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
  • Effectively works with the IT Management by improving processes, developing standards, and improving project documentation and procedures



What you bring to the role



  • Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Systems
  • 15 or more years of experience required in digital experience development.
  • Experience with Umbraco, Wagtail, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with global digital accessibility guidelines
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, IIS 7.5+, Win 2012+, SQL 2014+
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Node.js preferred
  • Experience with Mobile app store submission lifecycle (Apple & Google)
  • Proficient in Git
  • Proficient in testing methods and tools, i.e. SonarQube, JMeter
  • Proficient in web development standards
  • Proficient with build tools (CI/CD), TFS or Azure DevOps
  • Proficient in Waterfall and Agile SDLC
  • Experience with Azure and AWS Cloud preferred
  • Experience with Monitoring/Alerting solutions such as New Relic, Azure Application Insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft certifications preferred
  • Experience in FDA regulated, and/or Life Science industry desired

Location: Remote - Pacific Time Zone

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Travel: May be required to attend meetings in the office (Duarte and City of Industry, CA)
