The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT product and program delivery, from business case creation, requirements definition, implementation, testing, deployment, and, working with a cross-functional team of business and technical resources. The ideal candidate will have previous experience function leading both Agile/Scrum-based work as well as traditional technology project management. This person will have good people, communication/presentation, and leadership skills. The incumbent will be a detail-oriented self-starter able to take on challenges and facilitate implementation of application development, infrastructure, and related technology solutions. The Delivery Manager will be accountable for the success of the initiative and work closely with business, product, and IT sponsors to ensure that measurable outcomes are delivered as expected. This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters 3 days per week.
