Position Responsibilities:

Production Management (50%)
- Manage and prioritize multiple course development projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain course templates and production standards
- Oversee production timeline and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and quality assurance team
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables
- Implement quality control processes and maintain production excellence
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Business Development Support (50%)
- Assist Director in identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities
- Pursue partnership opportunities and close sales.
- Develop and maintain partnership tracking systems
- Support partnership negotiations and contract development
- Create proposals and presentation materials
- Maintain detailed partnership records and analytics
- Help establish pricing models and service agreements
- Contribute to outbound sales strategy
