Overview
This position responsible for managing a team of support associates for business, commercial, or middle market bankers within a region or area. Oversees a team responsible for client service, loan documentation quality, operational issues, and other sales support functions. Manages risk by monitoring credit portfolios and support processes for operational and regulatory compliance. Provides guidance on loan servicing, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies for associate team. Identifies workflow inefficiencies and develops solutions to uphold performance and service standards within lending support functions. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Bank Lending or Underwriting, Operations or Sales OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Bank Lending or Underwriting, Operations or Sales Preferred Area of Experience: SupervisoryLicense or Certification Type: null nullSkill(s): Proven skills in creation, design, and interpretation of sales reports If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $90,718 and $122,736 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
