Job Details
This is a part time, 20 hours per week position. Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital has been ranked the number one children's hospital in Florida. Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufkDLg7u730 What you will do: Works collaboratively with all members of the health care team to coordinate, facilitate, and manage the clinical, financial, and patient flow activities of assigned patients. Has the authority and responsibility to address all related patient care issues. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities to include screening assessment, monitoring of patient care activities, development of a plan to address physical and psychosocial needs, review care paths and update with the health care team as needed, coordinate services and discharge planning, and coordinate patient/family teaching. Demonstrates clinical expertise as well as an understanding of systems theory and its impact upon the change process in order to provide a complex level of intervention. What Awaits you:

Salary Range: Minimum 37.22 per hour - Maximum 57.70 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
