We are seeking an Operations Trainer to join our Operations team, supporting one of Network Health's core values: Service Excellence. This role ensures our Claims, Enrollment, and Member Experience teams are well-trained to serve our members and customers effectively. As an Operations Trainer, you will develop, coordinate, and facilitate training initiatives across departments. You will play a key role in enhancing team performance and growth by delivering new hire training, technical skills development, and ongoing employee training. Adapting your teaching style to different skill levels will be essential in maximizing learning effectiveness.
Your strong presentation skills will shine as you lead various training sessions. You will also collaborate with team members to create and maintain training materials and modules tailored to adult learning platforms. Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
- Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations and policies.
- Develop, implement and facilitate structured training for the Operations Team. These specific trainings may include job specific training, department updates, individual training plans, desk level procedure and department process updates.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team leadership and other key contributing department leaders, for input on information, updates and material trained on which is relevant to their specific department.
- Implement training and/or job aids for new or existing operational guidelines to ensure consistency of plan wide interpretation.
- Implement and maintain training tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of the training material. Make necessary changes to training material based on feedback and competency of information retained/learned.
- Provide continued feedback to Operations Team leadership team regarding classroom training, areas of improvement and skill level of trainee.
- Deliver specific trainings in either a one-on-one, group setting, or remote/Microsoft Teams setting; ensuring the audience is comprehending the information delivered or changing the delivery as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of development, instructional design, and facilitation of technical training experience preferred
- Working knowledge of common training methods & adult education
- 2 years or more experience in the insurance industry, customer service experience preferred
Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position can be based at either our Menasha or Brookfield office and is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule. Half the time must be in the office and half time may be working from home office.
