Job Summary This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies across all business units within the Chamberlain Group. This position will maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market, maintaining customer centricity and contributing to the growth of emerging businesses. In addition, this position will provide valuable channel analysis, insights & forecasts. This position requires a combination of analytical prowess, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive pricing initiatives across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of pricing strategies that align with the company's financial goals and market positioning. Develop pricing strategies and operating models that optimize revenue, margin, and market share across different customer segments and product lines. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams on pricing strategies and pricing operating models Ensure consistent and accurate implementation of pricing strategies across all channels, functions, and departments Establish pricing policies, approval processes, and guidelines to maintain pricing integrity. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior. Use data-driven insights to adjust pricing strategies in response to market changes and competitive pressures. Establish Channel reporting & analysis strategy that will provide insightful & forward looking insights to the Channel team. Establish & maintain a channel centric budgeting & forecasting process. Track and analyze pricing performance, including metrics such as price realization, margin improvement, and customer profitability. Prepare regular reports for senior management on pricing effectiveness and areas for improvement. Ensure visibility into customer-level pricing to address issues such as discounting and margin erosion. Continuously improve pricing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Regularly assess periodic reporting and analysis needs for business performance management; develop and modify the standardized periodic reporting; drive consistency in definition of business/financial terms and metrics Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members. Drive the performance management process by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies. Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications. The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $200,000.00 - $400,000.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
