Overview LMI is seeking a Program Technical Lead for the OUSD(R&E) SMART Scholarship-for-Service Program. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of software developers and testers as well as managing partner and customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to educational and workforce development for the Department of Defense. Responsibilities The candidate will work with a team of software developers and domain experts to develop web applications in support of the Department of Defense.
Reports to the SMART Program Manager (PM).
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of professional experience with an emphasis on team leadership of development and testing teams. Required Experience with the following:
