Technical Project Manager (Software Development)
Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to support a major office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Technical Project Manager will lead a project delivery teams, drive program schedules, manage project financials, and ensure high quality delivery of software products. A successful Project Manager will be highly skilled in project management, agile software delivery, communication, project planning, and financial management. A successful Project Manager will be detail oriented, possess the management skills to hold people accountable to quality expectations and timelines, and respond quickly to evolving client needs. A background in digital transformation and software development is highly desired. The Project Manager must demonstrate competency in leadership, strategic thinking, relationship management, multitasking, schedule management, and delivery excellence, while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.
