Position Summary: The Staff Accountant will review, analyze, and reconcile various expense and balance sheet accounts including, prepaids, fixed assets and international cash. This role will assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting through preparation of various journal entries and reports with an emphasis on GL close, 10Q/K and financial reporting, FRX and Forecaster maintenance. Essential Responsibilities: *Actively participate in the monthly closing process including journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, variance analysis, and management reporting. *Compile, identify and analyze financial trends through generating financial reports. *Maintain fixed asset sub-ledger including additions, depreciation, write-offs, and impairments. *Maintain the accounts receivable sub-ledger through cash and credit memo application. *Amortize prepaid expenses. *Prepare schedules for 10Q and K reporting and provide audit support as needed. *Assist with Cash Flow, SVB Compliance, BOD Presentations, Financial Reports. *Assist with Budgets, Forecasts, FRX, and Forecaster maintenance. *Assist with physical inventories. Qualifications & Skills: *Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred *1-2+ years' experience in accounting; prior experience with a monthly reporting cycle and fixed assets preferred *Intermediate to advanced Excel skills highly preferred *Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) and Access is a plus *Ability to communicate effectively, detail-oriented, analytical, and team-oriented *Legally authorized to work in the United States Work Conditions: This role is an in-office position at Stereotaxis' headquarters.
