Job Summary
As a Strategics District Manager, you are responsible for managing teams selling NetApp's Products and Professional Services to several, large key Global Enterprise customers. Your ability to help penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned accounts is essential to your being successful in this role. Cross-functional teams from NetApp's Marketing, Systems Engineering and Product Development functions provide support and tools for you to leverage to attain and exceed sales performance goals. Experience in the High-Tech or EDA / Semiconductor Design and Manufacturing vertical is highly preferred. Candidate must be located within the US-west region or willing to relocate to be considered. * Bachelor's degree or additional years of experience. The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $366,010 - 473,660 USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
