Our Company Are you a thoughtful design leader who loves crafting simple solutions to complex problems? Adobe Design is seeking a Senior Staff Designer to join our growing Adobe Experience Manager team in Adobe Experience Cloud. As we continue to assemble our organization, we are eager to find hardworking and experienced designers to influence all parts of the design process-from problem definition to design development and reiteration. We're looking for someone who can provide an immediate impact to the evolution and strategy of our products. In this role, you'll collaborate with a team of designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end experiences that have a direct and measurable impact on the business. You'll contribute to the design process from start to finish; from defining the right problems to solve, validating prototypes with users, all the way to analyzing performance and recommending future improvements. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $157,300 -- $292,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
