The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution person to join the team. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and executing strategies to improve sales performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives for the Field Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies
  • Drive execution across the global field sales teams to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Focus on driving concepts to execution with sales outcomes as a priority
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or strategy roles within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,500 -- $220,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
