Capture Solution Architect

Responsibilities



  • Design and deliver technical solutions integrating commercial off-the-shelf components and custom configurations.
  • Collaborate with teams across software development, systems engineering, networking, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity, and process automation disciplines.
  • Develop technical strategies, perform cost and risk analyses, and support proposal pricing efforts.
  • Communicate technical concepts to senior leadership, internal teams, and clients to address strategic goals and objectives.
  • Participate in Government RFP responses, ensuring proposals are well-written, technically sound, and competitive in the marketplace.



Required Qualifications



  • Proven experience in resolving complex, multidimensional problems through innovative and collaborative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients.
  • Expertise in advanced technology, scientific principles, and concepts (SME-level).
  • Experience responding to large and small Government RFPs.
  • Strong knowledge of business development lifecycles and experience working with capture and pricing teams.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Software development
  • Data engineering and data analytics
  • Hardware, data center, and cloud engineering
  • System integration
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to respond to customer RFIs, RFPs and other procurement related documents
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations for customer meetings and partner meetings



Preferred Skills



  • Familiarity with industry standards such as AWS, Azure, ITIL.
  • Prior experience working on mission-critical government IT systems
