About the Role: Medallia is leading the way in Customer Experience and Engagement Management and is looking for an exceptionally talented operational leader to execute on strategic GTM initiatives. The GTM Operations Manager is the critical link between product, marketing, customer service, finance, and sales. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing operational processes that puts Medallia teams in lockstep. This person will be highly invested in process, calendars, milestones, and due dates. They will need to have high attention to detail, work autonomously, have relentless organization and prioritization, and exhibit exceptional judgement. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, the GTM Operations, Manager will be the key person bringing together Product and Sales Operations to execute against Medallia's GTM Strategy. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of key GTM operations programs and responsible for reporting on timelines, expected outcomes, process/system improvement recommendations, and overall impact to the business. Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $160,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
