TTM strives to invest in our team members at all levels - starting on your first day. To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

Scope:

  • As part of the maintenance team, this role provides upkeep and repair tasks on the exterior and interior of the building including machine repair, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds keep, and light equipment repair and maintenance duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc..
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs
  • Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
  • Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
  • Undertake light installation or carpeting (e.g. build cabinets)
  • Repair equipment or appliances
  • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
  • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs
  • Operate company van for pick up and deliveries

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to follow technical operating manuals, schematics and diagrams

  • Ability to use various tools such as wrenches, screw drivers, measuring devices, power tools

  • Must be able to climb ladders and lift heavy material on a regular basis

  • Ability to work one's own and resolve issues as they arise

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to trouble shoot and fix simple problems associated with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical

Education:

  • High Scholl Diploma or Equivalent, Associate or Trade school degree preferred.

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of related experienced performing general facilities maintenance work

  • Must have good driving record

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred

  • HVAC certification a plus

  • Forklift certified a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
