  • Troubleshooting Linux system networking, storage, and related services (i.e., HTTP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLANs, etc.)
  • Working within the constraints of NIST 800-53, 800-171, CMMC, or related compliance policies (e.g., CIS)

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of AWS Organizations for centralized user policy management
  • Experience with Python and Bash scripting for system automation
  • Understanding of networking (VLANs, firewalls, subnets, proxy servers) in Linux environments

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
  • Understanding git workflows (branching, etc.) and release engineering approaches to software development
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in each of the following:

    • Git workflows (branching, etc.) and release engineering approaches to software development

    • Delivering infrastructure-as-code solutions using CloudFormation, Terraform, and/or Packer
    • One or more configuration management tool such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef-preferably Ansible
    • AWS architecture, security, IAM roles and policies
    • Advanced skills and expertise troubleshooting Linux system networking, storage, and related services (i.e., HTTP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLANs, etc.)

  • Understanding and familiarity with either NIST 800-53, 800-171, CMMC, or related compliance policies (e.g., CIS) and their implementation within a security automation context (e.g., Ansible)
