Description
Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is one of the most successful home mortgage servicers in the country. We are looking for energetic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping others in a team-oriented call center environment. As a Customer Care Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers by telephone to address and resolve their home mortgage servicing needs in a timely manner.
Position Requirements Interested candidates must enjoy helping others by phone, be detail-oriented, adapt well to change, be able to multi-task, be dependable, and have experience using a personal computer. Competent typing skills are also required to be successful in this role. Candidates with previous customer service or call center experience are strongly encouraged to apply. #MM Behaviors

High School (required)
Experience
1 years: Experience in a call center environment (preferred)
