About the Role:As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the go-to person who ensures the office runs smoothly and the team has everything they need to succeed. From answering calls to preparing business correspondence, you'll be the key player who keeps everything in order. You'll also have the chance to assist our customers and ensure they have an outstanding experience every time. What You'll Do: Be the office superstar: Answer calls, file documents, manage calendars, and order supplies - you'll be the organization guru who keeps everything on track! Provide exceptional customer service: Whether it's answering questions or solving problems, you'll make sure our customers are happy and taken care of. Data management pro: You'll manage our tickler system to ensure accurate and timely data entry. Prepare essential information: From weekly reports to business correspondence, you'll keep everything prepared and organized for your team. Keep supplies stocked: Be the office hero who orders everything from business cards to nameplates. Be a team player: You'll wear many hats, performing various tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly. What We're Looking For: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: One year of administrative experience, preferably in a lending, mortgage, or related field. Bonus points for military experience! Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office equipment. Ability to prioritize and work independently without supervision.
