OverviewXBOX Game Studios is looking for a Lead Game Producer to support game development teams and external partners. As Lead Game Producer, you have extensive expertise in project management, creative development, and team management to inspire and mentor others to do their best work. Qualified applicants need to be dedicated to creating the best possible product, highly organized with strong communication skills to successfully manage creative teams and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content. We're looking for a passionate, versatile, and driven Lead Game Producer, who enjoys leading and collaborating with others to create exceptional game experiences. Core hours are based on Pacific Time but fully remote. Position may require occasional domestic and international travel. Responsibilities* Partner with project stakeholders to direct teams through all stages of game development.* Build and maintain strong creative relationships with development team and partners.* Create and maintain strategic and tactical production plans.* Leverage tools, production methodology, and manage team rituals to ensure deliverables are highest quality, on budget, and on time. * Drive team awareness of deliverables through all phases of development and report status.* Facilitate collaborative and effective communication across the team.* Identify risks and drive the team towards successful resolution.* Leverage external production knowledge to explore opportunities with new partners. * Actively contribute to culture and contribute to a positive working environment. * Contribute to recruiting, evangelism, and community engagement as needed.* Embody our Culture & Values | |
