Join Wolfgang Puck Catering in San Francisco, CA as a Cafe Manager. Lead a vibrant team in a dynamic environment, offering diverse services such as a barista bar, Euro deli, retail and catering experiences. Responsibilities: Manage and motivate a team of 10 associates, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Coordinate daily operations of the cafe, ensuring flawless execution of services. Implement and maintain world-class standards for quality and customer service. Complete and implement central initiatives to improve client happiness. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in a food/hospitality role, with a focus on management. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to successfully implement creative solutions. Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Availability to work Monday to Friday.
