Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, The Talbot Group, is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Bellingham, WA. Here's a little about The Talbot Group and the position they are recruiting for: The Talbot Group is the manager and developer of Barkley Village, a 250-acre mixed-use urban village in Bellingham, WA. The company owns or controls a majority of the property in the village and over the past 30 years has developed a dynamic mix of residential, retail, office, and community assets for the benefit of our tenants and owners. The Talbot Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to support our Operations team by managing construction and other capital expenditure (capex) projects throughout Barkley Village. About the role: The Construction Project Manager supports the needs of our tenants and the long-term value of the office, residential, and retail properties at Barkley Village by managing construction and other capex projects.
