Overview
This position is hybrid/remote and will require up to 50% travel availability. Responsible for developing and expanding executive-level relationships with strategic, national accounts. This position is also responsible for developing and driving strategic plans for each identified referral source, growing market share, and ensuring the continued satisfaction, brand loyalty, and referral activity. Base Salary: 108,000 - 135,000 (based on experience) Territory: Northeast and Southeast United States
Responsibilities
- Works directly with senior leadership and Area Vice Presidents (AVP) to identify target accounts and to develop strategies for account pursuit (including identification of goals, key metrics, expected outcomes, etc.).
- Focuses on developing partnerships with senior living organizations and regional facility chains.
- Maintains tracking system to communicate to AVPs and other regional/hospice leaders regarding status of account relationships, as well as identified next steps.
- Collaborates with hospice and corporate leadership to coordinate executive-level sales opportunities.
- Works collaboratively with local sales and operations teams to ensure seamless account management and follow-through.
- Develops proposals to enhance business relationships and to expand service offering within assigned strategic accounts, with specific focus on identifying opportunities for embedding of clinical hospice team for referral management.
- Proactively leads and executes communications strategies with assigned opportunities and relationships, including discovery, business planning, strategic initiatives, project execution as well as measurement and monitoring of post-implementation.
- Achieves referral and admission volume growth, as defined by VP, in targeted senior living accounts.
- Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required-
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; or licensed Registered Nurse.
- Six (6+) years' healthcare marketing/sales experience.
- Three (3+) years' hospice marketing/sales experience.
- Experience working with and selling to C-level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
