The Role
The Vice President of Residential Sales is a pivotal member of the Waterworks Leadership team, responsible for overseeing the company's entire residential sales channel. This encompasses US showrooms, the wholesale businesses, international showrooms, and other key sales-driving roles such as Client and Business Development. This position demands a strategic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales management. A deep understanding of the luxury residential trade market, its clientele, and the ability to drive substantial growth and profitability through appropriate change and effective leadership are essential.

Waterworks may require physical requirements within its Showroom locations as follows:
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office. Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing. Licensed to drive preferred.
Ability to travel locally or out of state.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, pull/push, climb and balance, and to be elevated up to 20 feet in the air on harnessed equipment. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 110 pounds with assistance from one other Associate and use of proper technique. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
