INVISTA Victoria, TX is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to play a crucial part in optimizing fleet operations by managing allocations, repairs, and preventative maintenance with a focus on fleet optimization.

Our Team

The Fleet Coordinator supervises the onsite fleet mechanic and provides direction to the onsite contract mechanics. This position collaborates closely with the various site work groups, contractors, and other teams to ensure the vehicle fleet is in good working condition.

What You Will Do

* Use SAP and Ariba to manage work orders, facilitate material/services for maintenance work and determine the need for non-stock material or external vendor services.
* Optimize and improve preventive maintenance strategies.
* Order and manage parts Inventories.
* Develop and optimize fleet allocations throughout the site.
* Coordinate all garage activities to ensure site priority needs are met.
* Manage fleet performance and costs.
* Develop long-term plans and strategies to ensure fleet reliability.
* Apply LEAN Concepts to the garage and fleet maintenance process.
* Provide on-call support as needed on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field
* Experience with light/medium/heavy duty vehicle and light equipment maintenance and repair
* Proficient within Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook).
* Experience in leading a team in garage and maintenance activities or related field.
* Experience with maintenance and parts procurement software
* Experience managing costs and budgets.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Supervisory experience in garage maintenance or related field
* Proficient SAP skills such as changing work orders, planning work orders, generating requisitions for ordering the material and requisitions for offsite contractor services.
* Experience with fleet management software
* A bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field
* Holding any related certifications (CFM, CAFM, CAFS, ASE, UST etc.)
* Experience applying Lean Concepts

Experience managing fuel storage and its environmental responsibilities.

This role is subject to the Transportation Workers Identification Credentialing (TWIC) rule and requires the successful candidate to obtain a TWIC dentification badge, allowing for unescorted access to the facility within a specific time period.

This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
