As part of a comprehensive digital transformation initiative, our client, a leading multinational banking and financial services institution, is seeking an experienced Database Engineer/Data Analyst to join their compliance technology team. This role is pivotal in implementing a cutting-edge API-first, SaaS solution designed to manage both local and global KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence requirements throughout the entire client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the enterprise compliance technology team to implement the Fenergo solution. - Oversee the transformation and migration of data from the new SaaS front end to all downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow from source to target. - Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. - Utilize data manipulation tools and techniques to map data accurately. - Apply advanced data cleaning techniques to ensure data integrity and quality. - Design and optimize database structures to support efficient data storage and retrieval. - Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources. - Analyze and solve complex data-related problems, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Strong foundation in SQL querying and database management. - Proficiency in data manipulation tools and data mapping techniques. - Expertise in data cleaning and ensuring data quality. - In-depth knowledge of database design principles and best practices. - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, with exposure to technologies such as JSON, .NET, MQ, and Kafka. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
