We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Dallas office. This role will be responsible for managing office operations, providing executive-level administrative support, and ensuring a seamless work environment for the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Liaise with building management for office maintenance, repairs, and security
  • Work with IT to troubleshoot minor office technology issues, coordinate setup of computers, phones, and conference room equipment
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and orientation
  • Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Assist with executive and team travel bookings as needed

Executive Assistance

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in office management and/or executive assistance, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or corporate sector
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of performing with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations

Relocation:

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance
