We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Test Engineer III. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Test Engineer III (TE3) role is for experienced testers capable of independently managing complex testing tasks and mentoring junior engineers. Design comprehensive test plans, advanced scripts, and testing procedures. Provide detailed feedback to developers regarding usability and functionality. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. Develop and implement quality assurance standards, methods, or procedures. Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements. Conduct advanced debugging and troubleshooting for program or system malfunctions. Plan test schedules or strategies in alignment with project delivery dates. ABOUT YOU: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in software/system testing. Proficiency in software testing and scripting. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers. OPTIONAL DESIRED CERTIFICATE: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
