Job Descripstion

Position: Recruiter

Reports to: Sr. Director, Human Resources

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full Time

Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with senior HR management, collaborating with department managers, project and program leads on a regular basis proactively to identify future hiring needs, while attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

At IBEX, the Human Resources Department is centered on learning what are our people's needs and addressing them. We are looking for a qualified and resourceful Recruiter to support our human resources team ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and maintain an ATS for candidates
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Processes job requisitions and post job openings
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/websites/colleges etc.
  • Coordinate with managers and manage candidates through various stages of recruitment process
  • Perform market research and advise hiring managers on salary ranges, competing benefits packages, etc.
  • Recruit externally and promote internal transfers or transitions from other companies on government contracts
  • Process security forms and rebadge as required
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, niche platforms, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Schedule and facilitate the screening and interview process for candidates.
  • Extend verbal and written contingent job offers.
  • Coordinates background checks and new-hire drug testing.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company's reputation and brand
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Monitor departmental recruiting metrics
  • Other duties as assigned



Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Appearance: All personnel shall be attired in business casual clothing for daily work. Attire worn should always ensure employees safety from working conditions (long pants, appropriate shirts and close toe shoes as required): on occasion, staff may be required to wear a business dress for certain activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Must have the ability to work in the United States.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or two to four years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, and human resources software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employee relations practices.
  • Recruit, hire, and promote with EEO principles in mind
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of proven Technical Recruiting Experience.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
