We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer/Artist to craft compelling graphics for a range of classified and unclassified intelligence products. In this role, you'll transform complex information into visually engaging reports, presentations, manuals, event materials, and more. What You'll Do:

    Design high-quality visuals for technical reports, PowerPoint presentations, guides, manuals, seals, boards, and other intelligence-related materials.
  • Collaborate with government and contractor teams to bring complex projects to life.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to intelligence production tradecraft standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain technical accuracy and visual excellence.
  • Utilize color, typography, illustration, photography, and animation to communicate key messages effectively across digital and print media.


Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 12+ years (without a degree), 8+ years (with a BS/BA), 6+ years (with an MS/MA), or 3+ years (with a PhD).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Ability to work in a team environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong visual sense and commitment to accuracy in all design work.
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
  • Industry Experience: Prior work supporting the Intelligence Community is highly preferred.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
