Representative Payee - Financial Management Unit

To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Representative Payee is responsible for the day-to-day interaction with patients and managing their personal budgets. The successful candidate will be great with money management and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a Part-Time position working out of Helio Health's Financial Management Unit.

Pay rate: up to $17.42 per hour.

Manage patients and other assigned individuals' budgets and spending disbursements in accordance with Social Security Income Guidelines.
• Coordinates services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding, and contracting agencies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients/residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with money management and planning/budgeting in a professional setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic math such as addition, subtraction and percentages.
