Duration: 12 Month Contract Position Overview: The IT Analyst will be responsible for providing support to client workstations, telecom, printers, servers, and network equipment. This person will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for employees, as well as re-IP devices connected to manufacturing lines. The role requires technical proficiency and excellent communication skills, as it involves interaction with various users and teams within the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Provide on-site technical support for end-users. * Provide standard and local software support, including MS Office 365, Outlook, and security tools. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. * Perform ITSM (ServiceNow), MOC, and 24/7 pager support to maximize site-related hardware/software resource uptime. * Resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime. * Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices. * Maintain dashboard expectations for exception and standard WINTEL PCs, ITSM (ServiceNow) tickets, site telecom, and PC/server vulnerabilities. * Communicate technical information to end-users clearly and concisely. * Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. * Document all technical support activities in the CMDB/ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow). * Contribute to the development of knowledge articles and other support documentation. Top Skills: * Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across various devices to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. * Expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining desktop, laptop, and printer systems, including operating systems and peripheral devices. * Strong ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to cross-functional teams and non-technical end-users. Workplace Type: Hybrid Additional Information: * Drug test required * Exclusive position * Hybrid work environment * Must have reliable transportation * Must have ESD-rated safety shoes * Laptop and/or workstation provided during onboarding * Core business hours with potential for on-call schedule, travel, and after-hours projects * Opportunity for overtime Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. * 1+ years of experience in desktop support, including experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and desktop hardware. * Knowledge of networking and telecommunications technologies. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Experience with telecommunications and printer maintenance preferred. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Requirements: * Occasional travel to other sites may be necessary. * Flexibility to handle after-hours support and emergencies as needed. * Prolonged standing, bending, twisting, stooping, overhead work, lifting/carrying 21-50 lbs, operating or working near moving machinery, color perception, visual inspection, noise/hearing conservation areas, squatting, kneeling, gripping, and grasping. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
