Job Title: Treatment Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, overseeing all administrative duties, and working closely with our surgical team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: * Front Office Management: Handle patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Surgical Coordination: Collaborate closely with the surgical team to handle all matters from the neck up, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of surgical procedures. * Dental Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for all dental services, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. * Patient Assistance: Assist patients with insurance eligibility, billing inquiries, and any other administrative needs to provide a smooth and stress-free experience. * Multitasking: Efficiently juggle multiple tasks including phone management, scheduling, patient check-ins, and insurance verifications to support our team and patients.
