JOIN THE TEAM COMMITTED TO DRIVING YOUR CAREER FORWARD Job Type: Full time Exempt/Non Exempt: Hourly Job Description: A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Sales Support Analyst The Auto Club Group is seeking a prospective Sales Support Analyst II assisting field sales management in the facilitation/resolution of problems, providing business line analysis and supporting data needs. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 14+ million members. ACG offers excellent and comprehensive benefits packages: Medical, dental and vision benefits 401k Match Paid parental leave and adoption assistance Paid Time Off (PTO), company paid holidays, CEO days, and floating holidays Paid volunteer day annually Tuition assistance program, professional certification reimbursement program and other professional development opportunities AAA Membership Discounts, perks, and rewards and much more WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO Required Qualifications: Education College level coursework in Business, Systems or related field Work experience Identifying, researching and resolving business and service related problems Sales, customer service, travel or business environment Software applications (e.g. Excel, Access, Word, PeopleSoft, Callidus) Decision making Analyzing and problem solving Organizing, planning, controlling and scheduling projects Basic mathematics including evaluating statistical data and reconciliation of numbers Successful candidates will possess: Knowledge of: Sales analysis and reporting techniques Analyzing statistical data Sales functions in regard to various agent types Customer service/helpdesk support Communicating effectively with others in a work environment and with the public Planning, organizing and training others on system enhancements Working independently Working under pressure to complete assignments Written communications skills to include preparation of proposals, reports and technical writing.
