he Residency Coordinator is responsible for Creating/developing, presenting/facilitating and/or coordinating educational opportunities for the customers of BSA thereby ensuring job enhancement, regulatory compliance and/or knowledge acquisition.

Job Requirements:

• High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current License as RN in the State of Texas.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification.
• BSN or actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 months.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Specialty certification in practice area.
• MSN.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in program development/delivery.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of registered nurse experience.
