We're looking for a Global Agency Business Operations Lead to help grow Pinterest's agency business globally. You will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to leadership, ensuring the seamless execution of priorities, initiatives, and day-to-day operations. This role acts as a bridge between leadership and the broader team, driving alignment, communication, and progress on high-impact projects. This function streamlines decision-making, oversees key initiatives, and enables leadership to focus on driving maximum impact for their business. By managing strategic planning, program execution, and cross-functional coordination, this is a critical role in maximizing organizational efficiency and impact.

What You'll do:



  • Scale key bets and develop strategies for the agency team to provide maximum business value across critical initiatives.
  • Identify and translate key business themes into clear, actionable insights that drive maximum impact for sales teams, enabling them to focus on priorities, seize opportunities, and deliver results effectively.
  • Cultivate strong collaboration with clients and cross-functional internal teams to deliver high-impact, revenue-generating programs, with an emphasis on process improvement, continuous innovation, and proactive risk management.
  • Drive the execution of strategic plans by monitoring progress, resolving challenges, and tracking outcomes.
  • Strategically plan, develop, and programs across Marketing, Product, Events, Education, and additional key areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead regular internal business reviews to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to track team performance and revenue.
  • Monitor global performance against targets and produce actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities.
  • Develop strategies to scale key bets across Product, Measurement, Marketing, Creative, etc to drive maximum adoption of Pinterest's solutions.



What we're looking for:



  • 8+ years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Very high attention to detail and expert in creating very clear documentations, recommendations.
  • An organization wizard who can pivot quickly in a fast moving environment.
  • Highly tech savvy and can move fast and understand and use all systems and tools at their disposal.
  • Sees ways to make sense of abstract concepts and can synthesize and organize those in key recommendations.
  • Has an always on mentality and up for any challenge.
  • High amount of both EQ and IQ in navigating multiple competing priorities.
  • A self-starter with a business-oriented mindset and the ability to think creatively and strategically, showing enthusiasm for a "no problem is too big" mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.

In-Office Requirement Statement:



  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, or New York offices.
