The Pediatric Psychology Fellow will be responsible for providing psychological services to children and adolescents with various medical conditions. Position Responsibilities * Perform diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments. * Participate in inpatient and outpatient clinical services * Development treatment recommendation plans for patients. * Knowledge of child development. * Maintain detailed and accurate notes. * Present at case conferences. * Present at Pediatric Grand Rounds presentations. * Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines. * Summarize and write findings pertinent to psychological assessments. * Engage in research activities Education Requirements Ph.D. in clinical, counseling, or school psychology is required. Experience Requirements Completion of an APA/APPIC approved internship prior to the date of hire License or eligible to obtain a provisional license to practice psychology in Iowa. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Highly Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of Child Development * Knowledge of psychological and neuropsychological assessments
