Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team on a half-time basis. The ideal candidate will have some administrative experience and will be responsible for the following tasks:

* Contact lab user groups and update their user and account information.

* Enter new user information into reservation/billing system.

* Send information emails to new users.

* Update lab staff equipment reservations and usage.

* Manage key checkout.

* Respond to email requests.

* Review and update lab consumables in billing system.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
