Job Description

General Summary:

Reporting to the Global Head of Feasibility, this role is responsible for providing support to study teams across key programs, to enable acceleration to their studies. They will manage the coordination of all activities related to both operational and site feasibility across the pipeline. This role requires a high level of expertise in trial landscape assessments, data analytics, and will be a Key member of the Feasibility Team leadership structure with input into the strategic direction of the function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Key point of contact for assessing all stages of protocol, operational and site feasibility across key programs
* Works in close collaboration with program and study teams to provide data-driven, risk-based feasibility assessments through analysis of the trial landscape including benchmarks, competitors and geographic footprint
* Develops and supports implementation of risk/mitigation strategies across key programs
* Establishes partnerships with key cross-functional teams to support overarching Global Clinical Operations and Feasibility Team goals
* Authors and provides input on comprehensive Feasibility reports during program and study planning to inform operational activities and study milestones
* Develops country and site identification and outreach strategy and manages associated deliverables
* Ensures the Feasibility capability fully supports the business and is aligned across the organization
* Create efficiencies within existing processes and may develop new processes to adapt to changing needs
* Plays a leading role in the team and support and mentor junior staff

Knowledge and Skills:

* Expert knowledge of feasibility at all stages of planning and execution
* Experience overseeing and managing feasibility activities across programs
* Expert in study/site metrics analysis and application to complex enrollment modeling
* Extensive working knowledge of clinical trial conduct and direct study/program operations experience
* Strong knowledge of site and patient intelligence tools to support feasibility deliverables
* High degree of customer focus and collaboration in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational, planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Track record for effectively communicating operational concepts to internal and external customers
* Able to prioritize various responsibilities and timelines and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances while developing high quality outputs
* Be a point of escalation for resourcing, timeline, or deliverable issues

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or health field

* Typically requires 8 years of relevant work experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range:

$156,000 - $234,000

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

In this Remote-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Remote: work remotely five days per week and come into the office on occasion - you're always welcome on-site; or select
2. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
3. On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
