About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team. We are a leading manufacturer of high-frequency RF cables. Our products are used in a wide range of applications including aerospace, defense, and telecommunications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving processes related to the manufacturing of high-frequency RF cable assemblies. This will include connector Swiss machining, interconnect soldering, and RF testing. In this role, you will be responsible for improving existing processes and developing new processes to support our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with other engineers and manufacturing teams to optimize processes for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. As a Process Engineer at W. L. Gore & Associates, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects to improve our manufacturing processes. This role will be located at our facility in Newark, Delaware. Responsibilities:
