Sr. Analyst Fulfillment Planning LTD

Purpose:

To provide the Distribution Center (DC) Network with short- and medium-term forecasts to enable strong operational planning. Manage activities to achieve plans, with the aim of supporting achievement of DC SLAs, Cost Targets and North America (NAM) Commercial expectations. Lead weekly S&OP meetings with stakeholders, and coordinate efforts to resolve capacity constraints that can put commercial goals at risk. Maintain accuracy of data collected and reported in OVOTT report (One Version Of The Truth).

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfillment Planning



  • Collate short- to medium-term (1-11 month) packing and shipping forecasts for the NAM DCs from NAM SCM channel SPOCs and manage actions to achieve NAM COTIF targets.
  • Publish forecasts in Power BI to create one version of the truth (OVOTT) for the DCs and rest of NAM SCM, along with overloads and underloads based on DC capacities.
  • Review the current month forecast for all DCs on a regular basis and work with NAM SCM channel SPOCs to revise forecast and shipping expectations, as needed.
  • Monitor the trend of delivery note creation, invoicing and ready for collection towards the DC forecasts and drive actions to achieve forecast.
  • Monitor capacity constraints and coordinate discussions and actions to mitigate impact.
  • Lead weekly S&OP/Fulfillment Execution Meetings and monthly Fulfillment Review Meetings and collect relevant content from functions outside of Fulfillment Planning, as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings to review forecast accuracy, track drivers for the forecast variances, estimate cost, and explore options to improve accuracy and stability
  • Create and publish backlog reporting for the DCs and rest of NAM SCM.


Inventory and Storage



  • Collate updated inbound data, fulfillment plan and on hand inventory data to create and publish Storage Projection Model.
  • Align with Strategic and Tactical Deployment Teams on any significant supply shifts that aren't yet reflected in inbound or on hand inventory data to make manual updates to the Storage Projection Model.
  • Align with DC leaders quarterly on storage capacities assumed in Storage Projection Model.
  • Prepare content for monthly NAM Network Update with NAM SCM SLT (senior leadership team) as delegated by Sr. Manager.


Daily Operations



  • Strive to continuously improve our processes and system infrastructure to reduce costs and improve COTA / COTIF.
  • Initiate and drive further system developments; specify and test functionality enhancements in any and all SCM systems impacted by the system development.
  • Lead projects and manage Fulfillment Planning's deliverables for ongoing projects, as needed; define timelines and milestones, write project briefs and define specifications, as required.
  • Continue to advance the OVOTT dashboard


Personal



  • Responsible for working with manager to build personal development plan and seeking out resources, support and training, as needed.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:



  • A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, information systems, logistics or operations, or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in supply chain management
  • Warehouse/distribution experience preferred
  • Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/WMS systems & Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Working knowledge of Databricks
  • Alteryx experience a plus
  • Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
