Job Overview

The Project Planner - Temp drives the production process for a specific area of responsibility. The Project Planner - Temp ensures the creation of Bloomingdale's marketing assets and any supporting marketing content and enforces that merchandise/offers are communicated in an effective manner. The Project Planner - Temp must ensure a fluid process with cross-functional stakeholders.

Essential Functions



  • Serves as liaison and works closely with creative, marketing, merchandising, and production groups in the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of essential digital assets
  • Fields all requests for projects and briefs-reviews for feasibility and accuracy
  • Sets-up and leads kick-offs, follow-ups, turn-ins and all related project-specific meetings.
  • Maintains daily production schedule for marketing assets


Competencies



  • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply
  • 3-5 years related experience.
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.
  • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
