The Customer Success Specialist I supports Concentra's Operations, Sales and Billing teams with existing account maintenance/management, and removal of suspense transactions/revenue in proprietary database while ensuring data integrity. The Details
Responsible for daily completion of update cases for existing accounts and removal of suspense, while meeting production requirements and ensuring data quality
