FSM Product Support Analyst, Senior

As a Sr Product Support Analyst, you will work with global clients to triage reported issues and resolve those issues within organizations service level agreements.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Manage high volume of tasks in fast paced environment (Including client escalations, frequent calls and zoom meetings).
  • Work with customers virtually to resolve issues utilizes excellent organizational skills to allow high throughput of assigned tasks.
  • Develop skills in the application's functional areas as well as latest supporting technologies.
  • Help to create / update Knowledge Base content and advises on areas of improvements.
  • Assist in testing and verification of fixes and/or new customer deliverables for Infor's products. Reporting any anomalies to Development.
  • Participate in providing support of new product features / fixes and teaches other Support Analysts about product features, changes to existing processes and procedures, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience working with Infor FSM Supply Chain Management Software.
  • Experience working with global clients to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL query writing experience.
  • Experience working in a business setting such as healthcare or public sector.
