SUMMARY

The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between technology and business operations. In this role, you will analyze, document, and optimize key business processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your efforts will empower business leaders, enhance process efficiency, and drive measurable improvements in performance and user experience across our business systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Process Analysis & Documentation


    • Analyze and document critical business processes across systems and departments.
    • Create and maintain Lucid Charts to visually represent workflows and dependencies.


  • Requirements Gathering & Prioritization


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
    • Ensure completeness of ticket information and facilitate prioritization with business leaders.


  • Solution Development & Collaboration


    • Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.
    • Work with the training team to deliver effective user training for new processes and systems.


  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


    • Support stakeholders during UAT to validate new features and enhancements.
    • Provide guidance on tracking and reporting the impact of process changes.


  • Continuous Improvement


    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within existing systems and processes.
    • Contribute to project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.


  • Additional Duties


    • Support team initiatives and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.



IDEAL EXPERIENCE:



  • 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, preferably working with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Exposure to Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Basic understanding of Agile.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven solutions.
  • Exposure to a variety of business systems like Gong, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Marketo, and other sales, marketing, service, and success related platforms.
  • Proficiency in documenting workflows and creating process diagrams using tools like Lucid Chart.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst).
  • Experience with tools like Wrike, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data migration, and data integration concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business priorities.


IDEAL EDUCATION & TRAINING:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant training, certifications or coursework in Salesforce platform fundamentals or business analysis practices helpful and may substitute in for formal college education.
